Stuffed Mini Peppers with Feta

Colorful mini sweet peppers filled with a creamy feta, herb, and lemon mixture, then baked until tender and lightly browned.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Halve the mini sweet peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds. Coat them with the olive oil and arrange them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.

    Ingredients used: 12.0 piece Mini Sweet Pepper, 15.0 ml Olive Oil

  3. Step 3

    Mash the feta and cream cheese together in a mixing bowl. Stir in the garlic, dill, lemon juice, oregano, and black pepper until evenly combined.

    Ingredients used: 1.0 gr Black Pepper, 100.0 gr Cream Cheese, 4.0 gr Dill, 1.0 gr Dried Oregano, 180.0 gr Feta Cheese, 5.0 gr Garlic, 10.0 ml Lemon Juice

  4. Step 4

    Divide the feta filling among the pepper halves, pressing it gently into each cavity.

  5. Step 5

    Bake at 200°C until the peppers are tender and the filling is hot and lightly browned, 15–18 minutes.

    Let the stuffed peppers rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
