Instructions

    Wash and dry the fresh produce. Cut the carrots, cucumber, bell pepper, and celery as noted, then arrange them on a serving platter.

    Combine the red onion, tomato, jalapeño peppers, cilantro, and garlic in a small bowl.

  3. Step 3

    Scoop the avocado flesh into the mixing bowl. Add the lime juice and salt, then mash with a fork until mostly creamy with a few small chunks.
