Greek Salad with Feta Cheese
A classic Greek village salad of ripe tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, green pepper, Kalamata olives, and feta, finished with olive oil, red wine vinegar, and oregano.

Step 1
Wash and dry the tomatoes, cucumber, and green bell pepper. Cut them as noted, thinly slice the red onion, and place all the vegetables in the large serving bowl.

Whisk the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, and salt together in the small bowl.

Add the Kalamata olives and prepared dressing to the vegetables, then toss gently. Place the feta on top, sprinkle with dried oregano, and serve immediately.
