Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Crisp, golden roasted potatoes coated with fresh garlic, Parmesan, oregano, and parsley.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Heat the oven to 200°C and place a rimmed baking sheet inside to preheat.

  2. Step 2

    Scrub and dry the potatoes, then halve them through their widest point.

  3. Step 3

    Peel and mince the garlic, and finely chop the parsley.

  4. Step 4

    Combine the olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.

    Ingredients used: 2.0 gr Black Pepper, 2.0 gr Dried Oregano, 6.0 gr Fine Salt, 12.0 gr Garlic, 45.0 ml Olive Oil

  5. Step 5

    Add the potatoes and 50 gr of Parmesan to the bowl, then toss until evenly coated.

    Ingredients used: 50.0 gr Parmesan Cheese, 900.0 gr Potato

  6. Step 6

    Carefully spread the potatoes cut-side down on the hot baking sheet in a single layer. Roast at 200°C for 20 minutes.

    Timer: 20 min (fixed)

  7. Step 7

    Turn the potatoes and roast at 200°C until deeply golden and tender when pierced, 15 to 20 minutes.

    Timer: 15 min (fixed)

  8. Step 8

    Transfer the potatoes to the mixing bowl and toss with the parsley and remaining 20 gr of Parmesan. Serve hot.
