Fruit Salad with Nuts

A fresh mixed-fruit salad tossed with honey-lime dressing, mint, and toasted walnuts.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Place the walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat. Toast, stirring frequently, until fragrant, then transfer them to a plate to cool.

    Timer: 5 min (fixed)

    Ingredients used: 80.0 gr Walnut

  2. Step 2

    Whisk the honey, lime juice, and salt together until evenly blended.

    Ingredients used: 30.0 gr Honey, 30.0 ml Lime Juice, 0.5 gr Salt

    Cookware: small bowl, whisk

  3. Step 3

    Rinse and dry the strawberries, grapes, and blueberries. Prepare them as noted and place them in the large mixing bowl.

    Ingredients used: 150.0 gr Blueberry, 200.0 gr Grape, 250.0 gr Strawberry

    Cookware: Chef Knife, cutting board, Large Mixing Bowl

  4. Step 4

    Rinse and dry the apples, then prepare the apples, oranges, and bananas as noted. Add them to the mixing bowl.

    Ingredients used: 2.0 piece Apple, 2.0 piece Banana, 2.0 piece Orange

  5. Step 5

    Add the chopped mint and prepared dressing to the fruit. Fold gently until the fruit is evenly coated.

  6. Step 6

    Fold in the cooled toasted walnuts and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving.
