Fresh orange, grapefruit, and mandarin segments tossed with a lightly sweetened lime dressing and mint.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Rinse and dry the whole citrus fruits. Remove the peels and white pith, separate or cut the fruit into bite-size segments, and place them in the mixing bowl.

    Timer: 10 min (fixed)

    Ingredients used: 1.0 piece Grapefruit, 3.0 piece Mandarin, 2.0 piece Orange

    Cookware: Chef Knife, cutting board, mixing bowl

  2. Step 2

    Whisk the lime juice, honey, and salt in the small bowl until evenly blended.

    Timer: 2 min (fixed)

    Ingredients used: 0.5 gr Fine Salt, 15.0 gr Honey, 30.0 ml Lime Juice

    Cookware: small bowl, whisk

  3. Step 3

    Add the mint to the citrus, pour over the dressing, and fold gently until coated.

    Timer: 3 min (fixed)

    Ingredients used: 6.0 gr Mint

  4. Step 4

    Let the salad rest for 10 minutes, then toss gently once more and serve.
