Paleo Fruit Salad

Fresh strawberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple, and kiwifruit tossed with lime and mint for a bright, refreshing fruit salad.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Rinse and thoroughly dry the strawberries, blueberries, and grapes. Hull and quarter the strawberries, remove the grapes from their stems, and place all three fruits in the mixing bowl.

    Ingredients used: 150.0 gr Blueberry, 225.0 gr Grape, 300.0 gr Strawberry

    Cookware: Chef Knife, colander, cutting board, mixing bowl

  2. Step 2

    Peel and core the pineapple, then cut it into bite-size chunks. Peel and slice the kiwifruit, and add both fruits to the mixing bowl.

    Ingredients used: 2.0 piece Kiwi Fruit, 330.0 gr Pineapple

    Cookware: Chef Knife, cutting board, mixing bowl

  3. Step 3

    Finely slice the mint leaves and add them with the lime juice. Toss gently until the fruit is evenly coated.

    Ingredients used: 30.0 ml Lime Juice, 6.0 gr Mint

  4. Step 4

    Refrigerate the salad at 4°C for 15 minutes, then toss once more and serve chilled.

    Timer: 15 min (fixed)
