Coconut Chia Pudding

A creamy, lightly sweetened pudding made by soaking chia seeds in coconut milk until thick and spoonable.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Combine the coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl. Whisk until evenly blended.

    Ingredients used: 48.0 gr Chia Seed, 400.0 ml Coconut Milk, 30.0 ml Maple Syrup, 0.5 gr Salt, 5.0 ml Vanilla Extract

  2. Step 2

    Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes, then whisk again to break up any chia seed clumps.

    Timer: 10 min (fixed)

  3. Step 3

    Cover the bowl and refrigerate at 4°C or colder until the pudding is thick, at least 4 hours.
