Fresh Fruit Salad

A colorful mixture of fresh fruit tossed with a light honey-lime dressing and mint.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Whisk the honey and lime juice together in the small bowl until evenly blended.

    Ingredients used: 30.0 gr Honey, 30.0 ml Lime Juice

    Cookware: small bowl, whisk

  2. Step 2

    Rinse and thoroughly drain the strawberries, grapes, and blueberries. Hull and quarter the strawberries, halve any large grapes, cut the pineapple into bite-size chunks, and place everything in the large mixing bowl.

    Ingredients used: 150.0 gr Blueberry, 200.0 gr Grape, 300.0 gr Pineapple, 250.0 gr Strawberry

    Cookware: Chef Knife, colander, cutting board, Large Mixing Bowl

  3. Step 3

    Peel and slice the kiwis. Peel the oranges, remove excess white pith, separate the segments, and cut them into bite-size pieces; add both fruits to the mixing bowl.

    Ingredients used: 3.0 piece Kiwi, 2.0 piece Orange

  4. Step 4

    Finely chop the mint. Add it and the prepared honey-lime dressing to the fruit, then toss gently until evenly coated.

  5. Step 5

    Refrigerate the salad for 15 minutes, then toss once more and serve chilled.
