Fruit Salad with Mint

A fresh mixture of berries, grapes, pineapple, orange, and kiwi tossed with mint, lime juice, and a touch of honey.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Rinse and dry the strawberries, blueberries, and grapes. Prepare the strawberries and grapes as noted, then place all three fruits in the large mixing bowl.

    Ingredients used: 200.0 gr Blueberry, 300.0 gr Grape, 300.0 gr Strawberry

    Cookware: Chef Knife, cutting board, Large Mixing Bowl

  2. Step 2

    Prepare the pineapple, oranges, and kiwis as noted, then add them to the large mixing bowl.

    Ingredients used: 225.0 gr Kiwi, 300.0 gr Orange, 400.0 gr Pineapple

  3. Step 3

    Whisk the lime juice and honey in the small bowl until evenly combined.

    Ingredients used: 30.0 gr Honey, 30.0 ml Lime Juice

    Cookware: small bowl, whisk

  4. Step 4

    Rinse and dry the mint, slice the leaves finely, and add them to the dressing.

    Ingredients used: 8.0 gr Mint

    Cookware: Chef Knife, cutting board, small bowl

  5. Step 5

    Pour the mint dressing over the fruit and toss gently until evenly coated.

  6. Step 6

    Refrigerate the salad for 10 minutes, then toss once more and serve chilled.
