Instructions

    Combine the Thai sweet chili sauce, lime juice, and fish sauce until smooth.

    Ingredients used: 5.0 ml Fish Sauce, 15.0 ml Lime Juice, 45.0 ml Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

    Cookware: mixing bowl, whisk

    Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.

    Timer: 2 min (fixed)

    Ingredients used: 30.0 ml Vegetable Oil

    Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with the salt and black pepper. Cover and cook until the whites are completely set and the centers reach 71°C.

    Timer: 5 min (fixed)

    Ingredients used: 4.0 piece Egg, 1.0 gr Ground Black Pepper, 1.0 gr Salt

    Cookware: lid, skillet

  4. Step 4

    Thinly slice the green onion.

    Ingredients used: 1.0 piece Scallion

    Cookware: cutting board, knife

  5. Step 5

    Transfer the eggs to plates, spoon over the prepared chili sauce, and scatter with the sliced green onion. Serve immediately.
