A creamy, lightly sweetened no-cook pudding thickened naturally with chia seeds and chilled until set.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Combine the milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl. Whisk until evenly blended.

    Ingredients used: 0.3 gr Fine Salt, 30.0 ml Maple Syrup, 480.0 ml Milk, 5.0 ml Vanilla Extract

  2. Step 2

    Add the chia seeds and whisk thoroughly until evenly dispersed.

  3. Step 3

    Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes, then whisk again to break up any clumps.

    Timer: 10 min (fixed)

  4. Step 4

    Cover the bowl and refrigerate until the pudding is thick and the seeds are fully hydrated.
