Chia Pudding

A creamy, lightly sweetened make-ahead pudding made with chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla, served with fresh blueberries.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Combine the milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl.

    Ingredients used: 30.0 ml Maple Syrup, 480.0 ml Milk, 1.0 gr Salt, 5.0 ml Vanilla Extract

    Cookware: mixing bowl, whisk

  2. Step 2

    Add the chia seeds gradually while whisking until they are evenly distributed.

  3. Step 3

    Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes, then whisk again to break up any clumps.

    Timer: 10 min (fixed)

  4. Step 4

    Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, until the pudding is thick and the seeds are fully hydrated.

    Timer: 240 min (fixed)

  5. Step 5

    Stir the chilled pudding, divide it among four serving glasses, and top with the blueberries.
