Cheesecake Chia Seed Pudding

A creamy, tangy chia pudding made with cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon, and vanilla, finished with strawberries and graham cracker crumbs.

Instructions

    Blend the whole milk, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt until completely smooth.

    Ingredients used: 115.0 gr Cream Cheese, 30.0 ml Lemon Juice, 60.0 ml Maple Syrup, 120.0 gr Plain Greek Yogurt, 1.0 gr Salt, 5.0 ml Vanilla Extract, 480.0 ml Whole Milk

  2. Step 2

    Pour the blended mixture into a mixing bowl. Add the chia seed and whisk thoroughly so no clumps remain.

    Let the mixture stand, then whisk again to redistribute the seeds evenly.

    Stir the chilled pudding, divide it among serving glasses, and top with the graham cracker crumbs and sliced strawberries.
