Cheese Crisps
Thin, savory Parmesan rounds baked until golden and crisp. Makes about 12 crisps.
Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Divide the Parmesan into 12 evenly spaced mounds on the prepared sheet. Gently flatten each mound into a thin round about 6 cm wide.

Bake at 200°C until the cheese is bubbling and the edges are golden, 5–7 minutes.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and leave the crisps undisturbed until firm, about 5 minutes. Transfer them from the parchment and serve once crisp.
