Berry Chia Seed Pudding

A creamy, lightly sweet chia pudding flavored with mashed mixed berries and finished with fresh berries.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Place 200 gr of the mixed berries in a mixing bowl and mash them into a coarse puree with a fork.

  2. Step 2

    Add the milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to the mashed berries, then whisk until evenly combined.

    Ingredients used: 30.0 ml Maple Syrup, 480.0 ml Milk, 1.0 gr Salt, 5.0 ml Vanilla Extract

  3. Step 3

    Whisk in the chia seeds. Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes, then whisk again to break up any clumps.

  4. Step 4

    Transfer the pudding to a food storage container, cover, and refrigerate until thickened.

    Divide the pudding among four servings and top with the remaining 100 gr of mixed berries.
