Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Whisk the egg, yogurt, and milk in a mixing bowl until evenly combined.

    Ingredients used: 1.0 piece Chicken Egg, 60.0 ml Milk, 38.0 gr Plain Yogurt

  2. Step 2

    Add the flour and whisk just until no dry pockets remain.

    Ingredients used: 35.0 gr Wheat Flour

  3. Step 3

    Fold the grated kaşar cheese and chopped parsley evenly into the batter.

    Ingredients used: 80.0 gr Kaşar Cheese, 5.0 gr Parsley

  4. Step 4

    Heat a frying pan over medium heat.

    Timer: 2 min (fixed)

  5. Step 5

    Lightly brush the pan with oil, then spoon in 30 ml portions of batter without crowding. Cook each batch for 2–3 minutes, flip, and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden and fully set; repeat with the remaining batter and oil.
