Tropical Fruit Salad

A colorful mixture of ripe tropical fruit tossed with a light honey-lime dressing and fresh mint.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Whisk the lime juice and honey in a small bowl until evenly blended.

    Ingredients used: 30.0 gr Honey, 30.0 ml Lime Juice

    Cookware: small bowl, whisk

  2. Step 2

    Prepare the pineapple, mango, papaya, and kiwi as directed, then place them in the large mixing bowl.

    Ingredients used: 150.0 gr Kiwi, 300.0 gr Mango, 300.0 gr Papaya, 400.0 gr Pineapple

    Cookware: Chef Knife, cutting board, mixing bowl

  3. Step 3

    Slice the bananas and add them to the bowl. Halve the passion fruits and scoop their pulp over the fruit.

    Ingredients used: 2.0 piece Banana, 2.0 piece Passion Fruit

    Cookware: Chef Knife, cutting board, mixing bowl, mixing spoon

  4. Step 4

    Pour the prepared dressing over the fruit, add the mint, and toss gently until evenly coated.

  5. Step 5

    Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate at 4°C until ready to serve.
