Strawberry-Banana Smoothie Pops

Creamy frozen pops made by blending ripe banana, strawberries, yogurt, orange juice, and honey.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Wash, hull, and halve the strawberries, then peel and break up the bananas. Put both fruits in the blender with the yogurt, orange juice, and honey.

    Ingredients used: 2.0 piece Banana, 30.0 gr Honey, 120.0 ml Orange Juice, 240.0 gr Plain Yogurt, 300.0 gr Strawberry

    Cookware: blender

  2. Step 2

    Blend until the mixture is completely smooth, stopping once to scrape down the sides if needed.

    Timer: 2 min (fixed)

  3. Step 3

    Divide the smoothie evenly among eight cavities in the ice pop mold and insert the sticks or fitted handles.

  4. Step 4

    Place the mold upright in the freezer and freeze until the pops are solid.

  5. Step 5

    Release each pop from its mold and serve immediately.

Caution: low

Keep the yogurt and juice chilled, use clean molds and utensils, and freeze the filled molds promptly. Discard pops left at room temperature for more than 2 hours, and do not refreeze fully thawed pops.
