Savory Herb Cheese Balls

Bite-sized chilled cheese balls flavored with garlic and fresh herbs, then coated with toasted pecans, parsley, and chives.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Toast the pecans in a dry frying pan over medium heat, stirring frequently, until fragrant. Transfer them to a shallow plate and let them cool completely.

  2. Step 2

    Combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt, 2 ¼ tbsp (8 gr) parsley, and 1 ½ tbsp (5 gr) chives until evenly blended.

  3. Step 3

    Cover the cheese mixture and refrigerate it until firm enough to shape.

    Add the remaining 1 ¾ tbsp (7 gr) parsley and 1 ½ tbsp (5 gr) chives to the cooled toasted pecans, then stir to make the coating.
