Artichoke and Spinach Dip

A warm, creamy baked dip with artichokes, spinach, garlic, Parmesan, and melted mozzarella.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 190°C and set out a 1-liter baking dish.

  2. Step 2

    Stir the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth. Blend in the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

    Ingredients used: 225.0 gr Cream Cheese, 8.0 gr Garlic, 1.0 gr Ground Black Pepper, 60.0 gr Mayonnaise, 3.0 gr Salt, 120.0 ml Sour Cream, 0.5 gr Turkish Red Pepper Flakes (Pul Biber)

  3. Step 3

    Fold in the artichoke, spinach, Parmesan, and 75 gr of the mozzarella until evenly combined.

    Ingredients used: 240.0 gr Artichoke, 75.0 gr Mozzarella, 50.0 gr Parmesan, 170.0 gr Spinach

  4. Step 4

    Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish and scatter the remaining 25 gr mozzarella over the surface.

  5. Step 5

    Bake at 190°C until the dip is bubbling around the edges and lightly browned on top.

    Timer: 25 min (fixed)

  6. Step 6

    Let the dip rest for 5 minutes before serving.
