Sautéed Kale with Garlic
Tender kale sautéed in olive oil with fragrant garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Instructions

Step 1
Remove the tough kale stems, then wash the leaves thoroughly. Drain, roughly chop, and shake off excess water.

Peel and thinly slice the garlic.

Heat the olive oil in the skillet over medium heat. Add the prepared garlic and stir until fragrant but not browned.

Add the prepared kale by handfuls, turning after each addition until it wilts enough to make room for more. Cook until tender and bright green.

Add the salt and black pepper. Toss over medium heat until evenly seasoned and any excess moisture has evaporated, then serve hot.
