Ricotta and Honey Crostini

Crisp olive oil-brushed baguette slices topped with creamy ricotta, honey, fresh thyme, flaky salt, and black pepper.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. Step 2

    Arrange the baguette slices in a single layer on the baking sheet. Brush both sides with the olive oil.

    Bake until crisp and lightly golden, turning the slices halfway through.

    Timer: 8 min (fixed)

  4. Step 4

    Let the crostini cool for 2 minutes, then spread the ricotta evenly over them.

    Timer: 2 min (fixed)

    Ingredients used: 240.0 gr Ricotta

  5. Step 5

    Drizzle the honey evenly over the ricotta.

    Ingredients used: 30.0 gr Honey

    Cookware: spoon

  6. Step 6

    Scatter with the thyme, flaky salt, and black pepper. Serve immediately.
