Pork Rind Nachos

Crisp pork rinds covered with melted cheddar and pickled jalapeños, then finished with fresh tomato relish, avocado, and sour cream.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 200°C and set a rack in the center.

  2. Step 2

    Spread the pork rinds in a single, closely packed layer on the baking sheet. Distribute the cheddar and jalapeño slices evenly over them.

    Ingredients used: 170.0 gr Cheddar Cheese, 45.0 gr Jalapeno Pepper, 100.0 gr Pork Rind

  3. Step 3

    Bake until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling, 4–5 minutes.

    Timer: 5 min (fixed)

  4. Step 4

    Meanwhile, combine the tomato, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice in the mixing bowl.

    Ingredients used: 4.0 gr Cilantro, 15.0 ml Lime Juice, 40.0 gr Red Onion, 120.0 gr Tomato

  5. Step 5

    Spoon the tomato mixture over the hot nachos, scatter with the avocado, and add small dollops of sour cream. Serve immediately.
