Instructions

    Pat the rinsed lettuce leaves dry and arrange them for filling.

    Prepare the tomato, avocado, and cilantro in a mixing bowl. Gently coat the avocado with the lime juice.

    Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened.

    Add the ground beef and break it into small pieces. Cook over medium heat until browned with no pink remaining and the beef reaches 71°C.
