Baked Chicken Wings with Spices
Crisp oven-baked chicken wings coated with paprika, garlic, cumin, black pepper, and a touch of cayenne.

Step 1
Heat the oven to 220°C. Set the wire rack inside the rimmed baking sheet.

Combine the baking powder, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in the mixing bowl.

Add the chicken wings and olive oil to the seasoning blend. Toss until evenly coated.

Arrange the coated wings in one layer on the wire rack, leaving space between them. Bake for 20 minutes.

Turn the wings with tongs and bake for another 20 to 25 minutes, until browned, crisp, and at least 74°C internally.

Rest the wings on the rack for 5 minutes before serving.
