Crisp, golden chicken wings seasoned with paprika, garlic, and black pepper, then baked on a wire rack until fully cooked.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Heat the oven to 220°C. Set the wire rack inside the rimmed baking sheet.

    Pat the chicken wings thoroughly dry with paper towels.

  3. Step 3

    Whisk the baking powder, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper together in the mixing bowl.

    Ingredients used: 12.0 gr Baking Powder, 6.0 gr Fine Salt, 3.0 gr Garlic Powder, 2.0 gr Ground Black Pepper, 4.0 gr Paprika

  4. Step 4

    Add the wings to the seasoning mixture and toss until evenly coated. Arrange them in a single layer on the wire rack without crowding.

  5. Step 5

    Bake the wings for 25 minutes.
