No-bake clusters of roasted peanuts bound with dark chocolate and creamy peanut butter, then chilled until firm.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.

    Add a shallow layer of water to a saucepan, bring it to a gentle simmer over medium heat, then reduce to low heat.

    Place the dark chocolate in a dry heatproof bowl and set it over the saucepan. Stir until melted and smooth, then remove the bowl from the heat.

    Stir the peanut butter and salt into the melted chocolate until evenly combined.

    Fold in the peanuts until evenly coated.

    Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in 16 evenly sized clusters.
