Instructions

    Warm the coconut oil in the saucepan over low heat until just melted, then remove it from the heat.

    Add the cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until the mixture is glossy and no dry pockets remain.

    Fold in the chopped hazelnuts.
