Instructions

    Combine the mixed berries and maple syrup in the saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the berries release their juices and soften.

    Mash the softened berries to the desired texture, then remove the saucepan from the heat.

    Stir in the lemon juice and chia seeds until evenly distributed.
