Maple Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Heat the oven to 220°C and place a rimmed baking sheet inside while the oven heats.

    In a large mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with the olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

    Ingredients used: 1.0 gr Black Pepper, 680.0 gr Brussels Sprout, 30.0 ml Olive Oil, 4.0 gr Salt

  3. Step 3

    Carefully spread the sprouts cut-side down on the hot baking sheet. Roast until browned underneath and beginning to soften.

  4. Step 4

    Whisk the maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl until smooth.

    Ingredients used: 15.0 ml Apple Cider Vinegar, 10.0 gr Dijon Mustard, 45.0 ml Maple Syrup

  5. Step 5

    Remove the baking sheet from the oven, pour the maple glaze over the sprouts, and turn them with a spatula until evenly coated.

  6. Step 6

    Return the sprouts to the oven and roast until tender, glossy, and caramelized at the edges. Serve hot.
