Lemon Butter Shrimp Skewers

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the grill over medium heat.

  2. Step 2

    Pat the shrimp dry. Toss them with the olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

    Ingredients used: 2.0 gr Black Pepper, 15.0 ml Olive Oil, 5.0 gr Salt, 680.0 gr Shrimp

  3. Step 3

    Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant without browning.

    Timer: 1 min (fixed)

    Ingredients used: 12.0 gr Garlic, 60.0 gr Unsalted Butter

  4. Step 4

    Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and parsley. Divide the sauce evenly between two small bowls.

  5. Step 5

    Thread the seasoned shrimp onto the skewers, leaving a little space between them.

  6. Step 6

    Brush the skewers with the sauce designated for cooking. Grill for 2–3 minutes per side, turning once, until the shrimp are opaque and reach 63°C internally.

  7. Step 7

    Transfer the skewers to a serving platter and spoon the reserved lemon butter sauce over them. Serve immediately.
