Guacamole with Corn Tortilla Chips

Freshly mashed avocado seasoned with lime, red onion, jalapeño, tomato, and cilantro, served with crisp corn tortilla chips.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Finely chop the red onion. Remove the jalapeño stem, finely chop the pepper, and place both in the mixing bowl.

    Ingredients used: 1.0 piece Jalapeno Pepper, 40.0 gr Red Onion

    Cookware: Chef Knife, cutting board, mixing bowl

  2. Step 2

    Halve and pit the avocados, then scoop the flesh into the bowl. Add the lime juice and salt, and mash with a fork until mostly smooth but still slightly chunky.

    Ingredients used: 3.0 piece Avocado, 3.0 gr Fine Salt, 30.0 ml Lime Juice

  3. Step 3

    Core and finely dice the tomato, then chop the cilantro. Fold both gently into the mashed avocado.

  4. Step 4

    Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl and serve immediately with the corn tortilla chips.
