    Pat the swordfish steaks dry and arrange them in a shallow dish.

    Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, oregano, rosemary, salt, and black pepper together.

    Pour the herb marinade over the swordfish and turn the steaks to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
