Instructions

    Preheat the grill to medium heat and clean the cooking grate.

    Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and black pepper together.

    Ingredients used: 1.0 gr Black Pepper, 6.0 gr Dill, 9.0 gr Garlic, 30.0 ml Lemon Juice, 30.0 ml Olive Oil, 5.0 gr Salt

    Cookware: small bowl, whisk

    Pat the salmon dry, place it on a plate, and coat the flesh and sides with the garlic-dill mixture.

    Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill, close the lid, and cook until the skin is crisp and the fish releases easily.

    Turn the salmon carefully and grill until the thickest part reaches 63°C.
