A hearty Mediterranean stew of tender white fish, potatoes, tomatoes, white wine, oregano, lemon, and parsley.

    Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

    Add the tomatoes, fish stock, potatoes, bay leaves, salt, and black pepper. Increase to high heat and bring to a boil.
