Fruit Skewers
Colorful skewers of fresh strawberries, grapes, pineapple, and cantaloupe, served chilled.
Instructions

Step 1
Rinse the strawberries and grapes under cool running water, drain thoroughly, and pat dry. Hull the strawberries and halve any that are too large for one bite.

Cut the prepared pineapple and cantaloupe into 24 similarly sized chunks each.

Thread the prepared fruit onto 12 skewers, alternating the varieties and distributing them evenly.

Step 4
Arrange the fruit skewers on a platter and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
