Fried Eggs with Avocado Salsa

Fried eggs topped with a fresh avocado, tomato, lime, cilantro, and jalapeño salsa.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Rinse the avocado, tomato, cilantro, and jalapeño under cool running water and dry them before cutting.

  2. Step 2

    Combine the avocado, tomato, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeño, and salt in a bowl. Fold gently and set aside.

    Ingredients used: 150.0 gr Avocado, 4.0 gr Cilantro, 15.0 gr Jalapeño, 15.0 ml Lime Juice, 30.0 gr Red Onion, 1.0 gr Salt, 120.0 gr Tomato

  3. Step 3

    Heat the olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

    Timer: 1 min (fixed)

  4. Step 4

    Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cover and cook until the whites are fully set and the yolks reach the desired firmness.

  5. Step 5

    Divide the fried eggs between serving plates and spoon the avocado salsa alongside or over the eggs. Serve immediately.
