Cocoa Bliss Balls

No-bake date and almond balls flavored with cocoa and rolled in coconut. Makes 16 balls.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Process the almonds until finely chopped, stopping before they become almond butter.

    Timer: 1 min (fixed)

    Ingredients used: 120.0 gr Almond

    Cookware: food processor

  2. Step 2

    Add the dates, cocoa powder, 20 gr coconut, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until the mixture clumps together when pressed.

    Timer: 2 min (fixed)

    Ingredients used: 25.0 gr Cocoa Powder, 200.0 gr Date, 1.0 gr Fine Salt, 20.0 gr Unsweetened Shredded Coconut, 5.0 ml Vanilla Extract

  3. Step 3

    Divide the mixture into 16 equal portions and roll each firmly between clean hands to form a ball.

    Timer: 10 min (fixed)

  4. Step 4

    Place the remaining 20 gr coconut in a bowl, then roll each ball in it to coat.

    Timer: 4 min (fixed)

  5. Step 5

    Refrigerate the balls until firm, about 30 minutes.
