Chocolate Almond Clusters
Roasted almonds coated in smooth dark chocolate, finished with flaky sea salt, and chilled into crisp bite-sized clusters.
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line the baking_sheet with parchment_paper.

Spread the almonds on the prepared baking_sheet and roast until fragrant and lightly browned.

Let the roasted almonds cool completely on the baking_sheet.

Place the dark chocolate in the mixing_bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until nearly melted; stir until completely smooth.

Fold the cooled roasted almonds into the melted chocolate until evenly coated.

Spoon the mixture into 12 separate mounds on the lined baking_sheet, then sprinkle them evenly with the sea salt.

Refrigerate the clusters until the chocolate is firm, then lift them from the parchment.
