Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo (Gluten-Free)

Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets.

Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Season it with 3 gr salt and 2 gr ground black pepper.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add 8 gr salt. Add the fettuccine and cook according to its package directions until al dente, adding the prepared broccoli for the final 3 minutes.

Drain the pasta and broccoli thoroughly, then set them aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken in a single layer and cook, turning occasionally, until browned and 74°C at the center.

Transfer the cooked chicken to a clean plate. Add the butter to the skillet over medium heat, then add the garlic and cook until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and add the remaining 4 gr salt and 1 gr ground black pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer over low heat and cook until slightly thickened.

Gradually stir the Parmesan into the sauce over low heat until melted and smooth.

Add the cooked chicken, pasta, and broccoli to the skillet. Toss gently over low heat until evenly coated and hot, then serve.
