Instructions

    Combine the milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl. Whisk until evenly blended.

    Add the chia seeds and whisk thoroughly so no dry clumps remain.

  3. Step 3

    Let the mixture stand, then whisk again to break up any clumps that form as it begins to thicken.

    Transfer the pudding to an airtight container and refrigerate until fully thickened.

    Rinse the mixed berries under cool running water and drain them well.
