Instructions

    Heat the oven to 230°C. Coat the baking sheet evenly with the vegetable oil.

    Whisk the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in the mixing bowl until a smooth batter forms.

    Add the cauliflower to the batter and toss until every floret is lightly coated. Arrange the florets in one layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.

    Bake for 20 minutes, turning the florets halfway through, until the coating is set and beginning to brown.

    Meanwhile, melt the butter in the saucepan over low heat. Remove from the heat and whisk in the hot sauce until combined.
