Broccoli Pie
A simple Turkish-inspired, crustless broccoli börek made with tender broccoli, eggs, and grated kashar cheese. Baked in a compact dish and cut into six snack-size slices.
Instructions

Heat the oven to 180°C. Line the baking dish with baking paper.

Cut the broccoli into small, evenly sized florets.

Bring a saucepan of water to a boil over high heat. Add the prepared broccoli, reduce to medium heat, and cook until just tender.

Drain the broccoli thoroughly and let it cool until it stops steaming.

Coarsely chop the cooled broccoli.

Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl, then stir in the grated kashar cheese and prepared broccoli until evenly combined.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer.

Bake at 180°C until the center is set, the top is golden, and the egg mixture reaches 71°C internally.

Let the bake rest briefly, then cut it into six slices.
