Baked Cinnamon Banana Chips

Thin banana slices seasoned with lemon and cinnamon, then slowly baked until dry and crisp around the edges.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 120°C. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

    Slice the peeled bananas evenly, then gently toss them with the lemon juice and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.

    Ingredients used: 4.0 piece Banana, 2.5 gr Cinnamon, 15.0 ml Lemon Juice

    Arrange the seasoned banana slices on the prepared baking sheets in a single layer without overlapping.

  4. Step 4

    Bake at 120°C for 75 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Flip the slices with a spatula, rotate the baking sheets, and bake at 120°C for another 75 minutes, until dry with lightly curled edges.
