Baked Apple Chips
Thin apple slices baked slowly with cinnamon until dry, lightly crisp, and naturally sweet.
Instructions

Step 1
Heat the oven to 110°C. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Slice the apples crosswise into rounds about 3 mm thick, removing any remaining seeds.

Arrange the apple slices in single layers on the prepared baking sheets. Sprinkle evenly with the ground cinnamon.

Bake at 110°C for 60 minutes.

Turn each slice over, rotate the baking sheets, and bake at 110°C until the apples feel dry and their edges curl.

Transfer the chips to a cooling rack and let them cool completely; they will become crisper as they cool.
