Stuffed Mini Peppers

Baked mini sweet pepper halves filled with a creamy cheddar, garlic, and herb mixture.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Heat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Step 2

    Prepare the mini sweet peppers by cutting them lengthwise and removing the seeds and membranes.

    Ingredients used: 12.0 piece Mini Sweet Pepper

    Coat the pepper halves with olive oil and arrange them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.

    Mix the cream cheese, cheddar, green onions, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly combined.

    Ingredients used: 1.0 gr Black Pepper, 100.0 gr Cheddar Cheese, 225.0 gr Cream Cheese, 8.0 gr Garlic, 2.0 gr Paprika, 15.0 gr Parsley, 3.0 gr Salt, 2.0 piece Scallion

  5. Step 5

    Divide the cheese filling evenly among the pepper halves, pressing it gently into each cavity.

  6. Step 6

    Bake until the peppers are tender and the filling is hot and lightly browned.

    Let the stuffed peppers rest for 5 minutes before serving.
