Instructions

    Whisk the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, black pepper, and salt together. Transfer one-third of the marinade to a second mixing bowl for the vegetables.

    Add the beef to the larger portion of marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
