Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Heat the oven to 190°C. Coat the muffin tin thoroughly with the vegetable oil.

    Ingredients used: 15.0 ml Vegetable Oil

    Combine the oats, baking powder, salt, and black pepper in the large mixing bowl.

    Ingredients used: 8.0 gr Baking Powder, 1.0 gr Black Pepper, 240.0 gr Oat, 4.0 gr Salt

    Cookware: Large Mixing Bowl, whisk

  3. Step 3

    Whisk the milk and eggs in the medium mixing bowl until evenly blended.

    Ingredients used: 4.0 piece Egg, 360.0 ml Milk

  4. Step 4

    Pour the egg mixture into the oat mixture. Add the cheddar, spinach, bell pepper, and green onion, then fold until evenly combined.

    Ingredients used: 100.0 gr Cheddar Cheese, 120.0 gr Red Bell Pepper, 30.0 gr Scallion, 60.0 gr Spinach

  5. Step 5

    Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes, then divide it evenly among the 12 muffin wells.

  6. Step 6

    Bake until the cups are set in the center, lightly browned at the edges, and reach 74°C internally, 22 to 25 minutes.

    Cool the oatmeal cups in the tin for 5 minutes, then loosen the edges and remove them. Serve warm.
