    Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Add the kale, water, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the kale is tender and the excess water has evaporated.

    Make four wells in the kale, crack an egg into each well, and season with the black pepper.
